Each member is super encouraging and makes Body Games feel like a group of friends. Second, the workouts are excellent! They are challenging for you personally wherever you are at in your fitness journey. I just had my first child and it has been such a gift for me and my family to come and enjoy the gym together. Getting back into the gym after carrying a child can be very intimidating, but the members were so helpful and encouraging me in my new phase of life.
I’m about 5 weeks in, and I actually love getting up for the 5:10am class. The coaches are the perfect mix of patient teacher, hype person, and encouraging you to push yourself. Coaches greet everyone by name and are genuinely happy to see everyone. The community they’ve built there is phenomenal

After trying out normal and Crossfit gyms, I have found my home with Body Games. DJ comes up with some of the best workouts that hit all body parts. His focus on technique and form is next level. DJ and the other coaches alway bring a live, fun, energetic atmosphere to each workout. Best place to work out in Durham. Excited about these future gains!!!

Tues/Thur/Sat: Cardio/Conditioning + More
Thursday's* we RIDE!!
20 min. themed spin rides are featured in the workout
Free Kids Playroom, Daily
M-F: 910am, 440pm & 540 pm
Sat*: 810 & 910am
