HIIT + Strength Class

Our classes are our blueprint to being all around, Better. Faster & Stronger! Our coaches have expert level knowledge in exercise science & programming. We pride ourselves on creativity, technique, and fun!   

  • Each Class is 50 minutes + Co-Ed

    • Weekdays: 5:10 a.m, 6:15-6:40 a.m., 7:10 a.m, 9:10 a.m, 4:40 p.m, 5:40 p.m​

    • Saturday: 8:10 a.m, 9:10 a.m.

    • 6:15 a.m.-virtual class 

  • Our Weekly Playbook Protocols include classes & work-outs styles for each day, alternating between cardio-based & strength-based classes

  • Work-Out Overview:

    • Pre-Game:

      • Warm-Up: 4-5 minutes

      • Mobility + Core: 4-5 minutes

      • Work-out Breakdown: 3-4 minutes

    • Game Time: 

      • 28-30 minute, work-out

      • (Tuesdays + Thursdays include Spin in work-out)

    • Over Time:

      • 5-7 minute, burnout + cooldown (static stretching)


Our Workouts Are BETTER

  • Each class will be 50 minutes and suited for all levels of fitness (with injury modficiation​​ + athlete)

  • Each class will have 4-5 minutes emphasized on core and mobility (3 days core/ 3 days mobility)
  • Each class will focus on technique, injury prevention and 1-on-1 coaching 

1-on-1 Free Weight Coaching

Free Weights (dumbbells, barbells, squat racks) will be provided in our center and be available for members only.  

Members have the opportunity to work 1-on-1 with our coaches. 

  • FreeStyle Fridays: Every class on Friday include 5-7 minutes of your choice of free weight training 

  • Open Gym: Every Sunday from 2 p.m- 5 p.m. 



  • All Levels Zumba Class

  • Dance to music like Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, cupid shuffle, rumba and more. 

  • Fun and effective, using interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout

  • Watch and Follow class, learn new techniques, and have fun!

    Are you game for the 'battle' rope game? Test your strength and see how long you can go! 

  • Texas Hold'em

    Can you 'Hold' your plank? This total body move tests your body and mind! 

  • Row Your Boat

    Row, Row, Row your boat?

    Test your aerobic endurance as you race to 1000 meters.

  • Tootsie Roll

    Tootsie Rolls may be sweet, but wall-sits are sweeter! Can you hold it without dancing?

  • Double Dutch

    Double Unders are the Adult Double Unders! How many can you complete in a row?
