Express Spin ​​

The Express Spin class is offered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12:10-12:40 p.m.


Our All-Star ride is a standard spin ride perfect for your intro class or for if you enjoy lightly choreographed riding. Less intensity while still sweating away calories! 


Super-Star rides are great if you're ready to dance on your bike! More intense and choreographed, perfect for a high-calorie burn! 

Battle Royale 

Interval riding! Enjoy this lyric battle with Chorus vs. Verse riding, enjoy the low and high intensity to find a great calorie-burning medium. 


Spin + HIIT Class

Spin F.A.Q's

It's my first time? What do I need? 

So exciting! If this is your first spin class, sign-up for the All-Star Class first! If you can bring a towel and a water bottle, you will be all set! 

Do I need to bring my own shoes? Do you rent spin shoes? 

If you have spin shoes, bring them!! If not, we do have a few select sizes for you to rent. The first rental is free after each rental is $5 per class. 

Is there child watch offered during spin classed? 

There is no childcare during the express 12:10 class. There IS childcare for the 3:40 p.m. & 6:40 p.m. classes. 

Youth Sports Performance Training

  • 40-minute sessions with our Strength and Performance Team 

  • Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays at 6:40 p.m.

  • Middle & High School Athletes (ages 9-17) 

  • All exercises and drills are sport-specific to the young athlete and design to improve performance and strength

  • Session Overview: 

Warm-Up: 4-5 minutes

Core/Balance/Dynamic Stretching: 4-5 minutes

Breakdown: 4-5 minutes

Speed/Agility/Plyo Drills: 15 minutes

Total Body Strength Exercise: 15 minutes

Static Stretching & Cool Down: 4-5 minutes

Boxing​ & Kickboxing

  • Boxing & Kickboxing will be included in our weekly work-out classes. 

  • Learn the proper techniques of striking, punching and kicking 

  • Quickly raise your heart rate and improve strength
