Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to bring anything? 

Nope, Just you! and maybe a water bottle although we have a water fountain if you need one. Get your head in the game and get ready for an awesome workout!

 

If you're coming for yoga, bring a yoga mat if you have one -- if not we have your back!

What should I wear?

Anything comfortable, flexible, and breathable to work out in! Leggings, sweatpants, basketball shorts, etc. Make sure you have on a supportive pair of sneakers! If you are coming for spin, bring your spin shoes or you can rent ours. 

What do I need to do for my first day?

Try to arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign a waiver and get a tour of our facility. You have 2 trial options, a free 10-day ticket or $30, 30-day Fun Pass! 

What to expect?

HIIT + STRENGTH

CLASS

  • 50 Minutes

  • Conditioning, Mobility, Strength:

PreGame: 8-10 minute  

 Breakdown: 4 minutes

GameTime: 28-30 minute 

Overtime: 5-7 minutes

SPIN CLASS

  • 50 Minutes

  • All-Star (light choreography) 

    • Beginner or Standard Ride​

  • Super-Star (heavy choreography)

    • High-Calorie Burn, Intense Ride​

  • Battle Royal (interval ride)

    • Chorus VS Verse style riding, high intervals vs low intervals​

Yoga

  • 50 Minutes

  • Beginners & Advaced Classes

  • Relaxation & Strength Classes

  • Express 12:10 p.m. class available

ZUMBA

  • 50 Minutes

  • Exciting dance party atmosphere

  • Latin and International music.

  • No previous dance experience needed 

  • Interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic 

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Appointments will be available: 

  • Fridays, 3:00 -7:00 p.m.

  • Saturdays, 10:00 a.m - 1:00 p.m.

Sessions are: 

  • 15 minutes (screening or single treatment) 

  • 25 minutes (treatment after eval/screening)

  • 50 minutes (evaluation + treatmeant)

Dry-Needling, Stretching, Mobility Work

MEMBERS BOOK YOUR FREE P.T. SCREENING

Members receive a FREE Physical Therapy Screening included in their membership. This screening will identify: Multi-Joint Range of Motion, Muscle Restriction & Imbalances & Myofascial Trigger Point Identification. This screenig will be the foundation of your rehab & recovery.
